Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Understand clients’ financial needs, objectives, and requirements.
- Provide clients with relevant financial products, services, and solutions.
- Identify opportunities to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities.
- Stay updated on relevant financial products, market developments, and industry trends.
- Achieve individual and team business development targets.
- Ensure all client interactions and activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in account management, relationship management, sales, banking, financial services, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in engaging and building relationships with clients.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
- Candidates with relevant experience from other industries may also be considered.
