Our global sales team is growing, and we are looking for a Key Account Manager Global Sales, MICE segment, who will support the GSO vision and mission by leveraging MHR’s products and services within their assigned account portfolio.
This role will ensure that it builds long-term, value-based customer relationships that will enable the success of key performance indicators and objectives.
This role will be responsible for proactive selling, total account management of key accounts, and closing business for both Regional and International Hotels. Hotel familiarisation trips and client events will be required throughout the year.
Key Responsibility:
- Coordinate with the Director of Sales Key Accounts and VP of Commercial UK/EU to produce the annual strategy plan and sales budget for MICE corporate and agency accounts.
- Build a clear plan to achieve the agreed goals and objectives set out in the annual sales plan, focusing on Millennium Hotels and Resorts regional and Global hotels in the region.
- Source and manage global RFPs for group and meetings' travel and handle leads from corporate accounts and third parties.
- Research and identify new business opportunities for the group from your account base, work very closely with hotel Millennium Hotels and Resorts sales teams and account managers in MICE Agencies
- Lead quarterly/ monthly reviews with key accounts within an assigned portfolio, assessing market share gains, driving activity, and agreeing on MI targets for the hotels.
