Key Account Manager Global Strategic Partnerships
You will manage a global strategic account in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. You will build deep customer relationships, identify revenue opportunities, develop strategic account plans, negotiate contracts and renewals, and use data to guide growth. You will lead business reviews, support cross-functional initiatives, and help customers find solutions to strategic challenges.

Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial account management experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written, and email communication skills
- Track record of creating and executing strategic account plans
- Strong understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape
- Hands-on experience negotiating contracts, pricing models, and renewals
- Extensive knowledge of fintech, banking, payments, and money movement
- Experience growing and scaling strategic or enterprise accounts
- Experience managing global customers with multi-region stakeholders
- Experience with cross-selling, upselling, and identifying new revenue streams
- Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Experience leading business reviews and applying data-driven strategies
- Experience in acquiring, card issuing, or processing
