Key Account Manager - High Tech

This newly created position will be responsible for handling the Company's Key Account and ensure that the company fulfils its service and performance standards as per agreed service level agreements.

The Challenges

• Manage key accounts expectations and work with internal stakeholders to
  deliver a consistent quality customer experience.
• As a Key Account Manager, the candidate will manage and be responsible for handling the Companys Key accounts
• Collaborate across departments and work in partnership with Commercial and Operations teams to deliver logistics solutions and achieve service and operational excellence
• Participate in Key Account RFQ's
• Be the point o contact for the Key Account on any matters
• Ensure that the company fulfills its service and peformance standards as per agreed service level agreements
• Manage key accounts expectations and work with internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent quality customer experince

What It Takes

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain related discipline.
• At least 4 years of actual experience as Key Account Manage handling H-tech customers
• Experieince in business development in logistics
• Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound negotiation skills
