Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Account Manager – HORECA to join our client's sales team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant HORECA sales experience and approximately 5 years of overall sales experience. Experience in the frozen food category will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key accounts within the HORECA segment (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering).
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, caterers, and other institutional customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to strengthen market presence.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective distribution across assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• Approximately 5 years of overall sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HORECA sales or account management.
• Strong understanding of the HORECA market and customer network.
• Experience in the frozen food category will be preferred but is not mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts independently.
• Good knowledge of market dynamics and competitor activities.

Note: This is a client-based hiring requirement. Candidates with frozen food industry experience will be given preference; however, it is not a mandatory requirement.
