Key Account Manager (IKAM & OEM)

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to grow and manage OEM and multinational accounts in the semiconductor, electronics and precision engineering sectors. You will join an international industrial solutions provider, supplying industrial components and technical products. Your role is to turn customer needs into integrated supply solutions that keep their operations running.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow key accounts through clear strategies that meet sales, profit and margin targets.
• Promote MRO supply chain solutions, including engineering stores management, inventory optimisation and integrated supply services.
• Negotiate and administer customer contracts while nurturing long-term stakeholder relationships.
• Lead on-site teams covering procurement, engineering stores, warehousing and inventory control.
• Secure uninterrupted MRO supply through sound sourcing practices.
• Oversee projects from solution design through to implementation.
• Partner with Engineering, Production and Supply Chain teams to meet customer requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in industrial or technical sales.
• Experience managing OEM or multinational accounts in semiconductor, electronics or precision engineering.
• Track record of handling international customers.
• Solid technical understanding, paired with commercial negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate across Engineering, Production and Supply Chain functions.
