Key Account Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, identifying business opportunities and supporting the continued growth of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services

  • Identify opportunities to grow and develop existing client accounts

  • Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking and outreach activities

  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients

  • Manage client enquiries and provide timely follow-up and support

  • Negotiate proposals and commercial terms when required

  • Work towards individual and team sales targets

  • Monitor account performance and identify areas for business growth

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

  • Participate in networking events, meetings and other business development activities when required

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE A-Level, Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Confident in building and maintaining professional relationships

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Able to work independently as well as within a team

  • Comfortable conducting meetings and presentations with clients

  • Candidates with experience in sales, business development, account management, customer service or client relationship management will have an advantage

Working Arrangement

  • Full-time position

  • 5-day work week

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

  • Office-based with external client meetings when required
