Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly
About the Role
Mapemond Resource, a brand, ideas, and strategy development firm focused on the emergence and evolution of brands across Africa, is recruiting Key Account Managers to build and manage key customer relationships, ensure timely delivery of products/services, and generate new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve issues and complaints to maintain customer trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that turn into long-lasting relationships
