As our Utility Key Account Manager - Serbia, you will be the trusted partner for our key utility customers, driving long-term relationships and supporting large-scale PV projects from early discussions through to successful delivery. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with utility customers, EPCs and IPPs in the Serbian market
- Own the full sales cycle for utility-scale PV projects, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation
- Act as the main commercial interface between customers and internal teams such as technical sales, service and operations
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with regional and European business objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitors and regulatory developments to identify new business opportunities
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and project-related discussions in Serbia
Alright, that sounded promising, didn’t it? To truly enjoy this role and grow with it over time, your background might look something like this:
- Experience in key account management or sales within the utility-scale PV or broader energy sector
- Solid understanding of utility projects, EPC business models and tender-based sales
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently in Serbia while collaborating closely with regional teams
- Serbian language at C1 level and English at C1 level
- Willingness to travel within Serbia and occasionally across the region
