About the Role
Join our team and help grow our business by looking after our key clients and retail partners. You’ll build strong relationships, keep products available on shelves, and run sales and promo activities that drive results.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain good relationships with key accounts and retail partners
Create and carry out sales plans to hit monthly and yearly targets
Meet regularly with clients to review sales, product movement, and new opportunities
Study sales, stock, and account data to spot trends and ways to improve
Check sales performance and make sure products are always in stock and replenished on time
Make sure product displays, pricing, and promos in stores follow company standards
Keep an eye on competitors, market trends, prices, and promotions
Prepare sales forecasts and plans based on account performance and market trends
Work with our Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to keep everything running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related course
Experience handling supermarkets, retail chains, or big clients is a plus
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good with numbers and able to understand sales and account data
Knows how to use Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools for reports
Willing to do fieldwork, visit assigned accounts, and travel when needed
