Key Account Partnership Manager
Your Role
As a Key Account Partnership Manager (f/m/d) or Senior Key Account Partnership Manager (f/m/d) in our Advertiser Team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of key accounts, our most strategically important clients. You will quickly succeed in taking on an advisory role for the client, with the goal of identifying and implementing new (commercial) opportunities to develop sustainable growth for affiliate programs.
The position is available immediately for two years in Berlin or Munich.
Your Tasks
- Proactive and independent consulting for strategic clients to promote sustainable business development and achieve target KPIs for the advertiser
- Building strong client relationships and establishing Awin as a relevant partner within the client's digital ecosystem through regular meetings
- Creating reports and providing performance & benchmark analyses for the client
- Coordination and management of client-related budgets
- Expansion of existing and new collaborations in the affiliate program, as well as upselling existing Awin tools that serve to optimize the partner program
- Supporting internal project initiatives within the framework of our OKRs (Objective, Key Results)
- Participation in industry & networking events
Your Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in online marketing and client management
- Experience in the online/performance marketing industry or in a client-facing environment
- Strong focus on quality as well as a strong customer orientation and service mindset
- Reliable escalation and conflict management, even with complex challenges
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Solid sales techniques and strong powers of persuasion
- Creative mindset to contribute new ideas and drive client development
- Analytical skills and initial technical understanding of tracking topics
