The Key Purpose of this role is to lead and develop strategic wholesale customer partnerships by serving as the single point of contact for designated national and regional wholesale accounts. The role is responsible for negotiating and executing annual joint business plans that deliver sustainable volume, revenue, profitability and market share growth for AB-Inbev Namibia whilst creating mutual value for customers through world-class commercial execution, category development and route-to-market excellence.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Own and manage relationships with strategic national and regional wholesale accounts.
Develop and execute customer-specific Business Plans aligned to AB-Inbev Namibia commercial strategy.
Act as the primary liaison between AB-Inbev Namibia and wholesale Chanel.
Deliver volume, revenue, profitability and market share targets.
Drive execution of pricing, promotional, assortment and visibility strategies.
Support execution of national wholesale channel strategies.
Drive distribution, availability and portfolio penetration across key wholesale customers.
Leverage category insights to drive portfolio growth.
Work closely with Regional Sales Teams to ensure alignment and execution of account plans.
Monitor customer performance against agreed KPIs and business objectives.
Key Attributes and Components
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
Working knowledge of SAP, SI and QlikView.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
Results-oriented with a passion for winning in the marketplace.
Highly collaborative and customer-focused.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, Commerce or related discipline.
5+ years FMCG sales, key account management.
