Position
Summary
The Key Donor
Relations (KDR) Officer will be responsible for managing relationships with mid-high
value donors, ensuring effective communication, and supporting donor engagement
strategies. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail,
and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and
maintain relationships with key donors through regular communication.
· Assist in
planning and executing donor engagement activities and events.
· Maintain and
update donor databases and records accurately.
· Prepare donor
reports & updates.
· Support
fundraising initiatives and campaigns as needed.
· Track donor
commitments and ensure timely follow-ups.
· Ensure high
standards of donor stewardship and satisfaction.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Postgraduate
(mandatory).
- Preference will
be given to candidates with a science background.
Work
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of professional
work experience in any field.
- Experience in donor relations,
fundraising, communications, or customer relationship roles will be an
advantage.

· Proficiency in MS
