Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Manager to join our team at our Colleyville location. The Key Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise store staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
• Train and onboard new employees
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:

• Previous resturant management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
