About the role
As a Key User / QC Lab Expert within our local oneLIMS project team, you will support QC labs in the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of digital processes – working in close collaboration with labs, ITS, and CSV. Key Responsibilities

Support the local project team as well as plan and track project activities in coordination with internal QC labs and the User Project Lead

Ensure GMP-compliant documentation (SOP)

Support units in the implementation of new digital solutions

Responsibility for master data management, data analysis & visualization, and interfaces to SAP

Conduct master data remediation activities for finished products in oneLIMS
-
Support in comparing and creating current processes with future ones

Support the introduction and training of the digital solution and processes within the units

Assist in the administration of master data for digital systems

Support the creation of reports / KPIs in an understandable manner

Act as an interface to external consultants and internal customers within the Sanofi network, such as ITS, CSV, and the QC labs
About you
Experience:
-
Several years of QC lab experience according to GxP requirements, ideally with a focus on raw material lab processes and sampling processes

Sound practical experience in using Labware, particularly in the functionalities of the product module from an end-user perspective, as well as in the configuration and remediation of LIMS master data

Deployment experience in the implementation of a LIMS system, preferably Labware
-
Experience with common digital tools for QC labs such as Empower, LabX, SoftmaxPro, and others
-
Experience with project work and agile approaches (e.g., Scrum) is desirable
Soft Skills:

High level of reliability and sense of responsibility

Independent, self-driven way of working with a high willingness to learn

Understanding of services and the underlying service mindset with a customer orientation

Experience or willingness to train and educate end-users is desirable

Team orientation and openness to changing processes is highly desirable
Technical Skills:

Independent execution of project activities based on practical experience within a quality control lab

Sound methodological knowledge with a focus on raw materials (analytical methods, test procedures)

Prior experience in adapting and creating SOPs

Understanding of the digitalization and automation of lab processes and their impact on workflows, data integrity, and compliance

Relevant, multi-year professional experience in using standard project management tools (Office, especially Excel, Teams)

Experience with instrument interface systems such as Empower, LabX, or SoftmaxPro
Education:
- Completed vocational training as a laboratory technician in biology, chemistry, or a comparable scientific education
Languages:
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
- Good English language skills (written and spoken)

Compensation is based on the federal collective bargaining agreement of the chemical industry.
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
