Khatabook - Senior Product Manager - Loan Management System

Responsibilities:

- You'll help us scale our lending product (platform and user experience) as we enter our 10 - 100 journey.

- Build products to solve problems from lead generation to underwriting to disbursement.

- You'll drive the development of key platforms like Loan Origination systems (LOS), Loan Management systems (LMS), and Business Rule Engine (BRE) etc.

- Work on user - facing lending journeys, agent - facing platforms, and operations tools to improve the overall lending experience and operational efficiency.

- Leverage data for decision - making and work on dashboarding and reporting to drive product insights and business outcomes.

- Ensure that we're on top of and in compliance with the latest lending regulations.

Requirements :

- You have minimum 4 years of PM experience and are extremely strong at first - principles thinking.

- You enjoy building businesses and not just product features.

- You are passionate about building beautiful and intuitive products.

- You have a high sense of ownership and relentless hustle to get things done.

- You want to build your own billion - dollar startup someday.

- You have familiarity with technology and an understanding of how to work with technical teams.

- You have experience with data visualisation and dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

- You are enthusiastic about AI and interested in exploring its applications in product development and problem - solving.
