We are looking for a KIA Service Advisor to join our team at Hyman Brothers Auto Group in Midlothian, VA. In this role, you will help customers by understanding their service needs and working with our service team to complete the work quickly and correctly.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and listen carefully to their service needs
- Explain service options and costs clearly to customers
- Work with service technicians to ensure the right repairs are done
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle service
- Handle paperwork and keep accurate records
- Make sure customers are happy with the service
Requirements
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Some experience in automotive service or related work is a plus
- Ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
