How you'll contribute to our success

• Act as a key point of contact for our international investment management clients in the preparation and coordination of their fund regulatory documents (UCITS KIID, PRIIPs KID, EPT, EMT, EET).
• Respond to BAU operations, client’s enquiries, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality services for the client portfolio you serve.
• Apply your problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve complex operational and regulatory challenges.
• Use your project management skills for onboarding new client / products into our platform.
• Build and grow your regulatory and industry expertise, both in traditional and alternative investment funds, with dedicated training and support from experienced colleagues.
• Actively contribute to our transformation agenda by sharing ideas and participating in enhancement initiatives for our internal platforms and processes.

Your skills

• Hold a degree in Finance, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Demonstrate a strong interest in the investment fund industry and in client servicing.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Communicate clearly and present confidently.
• Are proficient in Excel (bonus points for VBA or Python!) and comfortable with database management.
• Fluent in English—other languages are a plus.
• Excited to work with technology and eager to learn new digital tools.
