Kid Success Therapist - Licensed

Salary: $60,000 - $62,500 annually

This is a Full-Time position eligible for benefits.

We are seeking a dedicated fully licensed therapist who is passionate about supporting middle school students through school-based mental health counseling. The Kid Success Therapist will be assigned to Southern Hills Middle School in the Boulder Valley School District. This role includes working collaboratively with school staff, offering consultation and support, and providing comprehensive case management services to students and their families.

Essential Functions:

• Provides individual and group therapy to students.
• Provides therapy and psychoeducation to families of students as needed.
• Consults and collaborates with school staff regarding the needs/behavior of students.
• Provides crisis intervention support.
• Facilitates referrals to meet the medical and psychiatric needs of clients as indicated.
• Maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation consistent with Agency standards.
• Participates in team meetings, in-services, and supervisory sessions as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
