As a Kids Club Team
Member, you are a vital frontline team member responsible for facilitating
fun, safe, and engaging youth activities across Bahrain Surf Park. Reporting
directly to the Kids Club Manager, you will lead daily arts and crafts
workshops, outdoor beach games, educational programs, and mini surf-themed
recreational activities for children visiting the park. You play a key role
in delivering unforgettable, joyful experiences for young guests while
ensuring the highest standards of safety and care. By bringing high energy,
creativity, and the Aloha Spirit to every interaction, you will foster a
nurturing environment that gives parents total confidence while their
children explore and play. |

Qualifications | ü High
School Diploma or equivalent (required); Certification or Diploma in Early
Childhood Education, Childcare, or Recreation Management (preferred). ü Certified
in Pediatric First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain upon hire). ü Background
check / Child Safeguarding clearance certificate (required). ü Fluent
in English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage. |
Experience | ü Minimum
1 to 2 years of experience working directly with children in childcare
centers, summer camps, hotel kids' clubs, theme parks, or sports recreation
venues. ü Demonstrated
experience in hosting games, leading creative crafts, or organizing group
youth activities. |
Professional Skills & Attributes | ü Energetic,
creative, and enthusiastic approach to youth activities. ü Strong
child-friendly communication and active listening skills. ü Good
understanding of basic child development, safety, and behavior management. ü Ability
to stay calm, patient, and empathetic in high-activity environments. |
Personal Qualities | ü Passionate
about creating joyful, safe experiences for young children. ü Approachable,
friendly, and team-oriented personality embodying the Aloha Spirit. ü Good
physical endurance to engage in active indoor and outdoor beach play. ü Flexibility
to work rotational shifts, weekends, school holidays, and public holidays. |
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) | ü Child
Safety Record: Zero unverified check-outs or preventable safety incidents
during shift. ü Parent
Satisfaction: Positive parent feedback and high CSAT scores regarding staff
care and activity quality. ü Facility
Hygiene: 100% compliance with daily cleaning, sanitization, and equipment
maintenance checklists. ü Activity
Attendance: High levels of child participation and enthusiasm during hosted
activity sessions. |
