Kids Elementary Coordinator
The Kids Elementary Coordinator of the Lawrenceville Campus is responsible for the leadership, relationships, and care of Daymakers and Elementary Programming in Kids at 12Stone ministry. (Kindergarten-5th Grade)
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring the highest levels of excellence and standards to K12 Sunday service programming
- Large Group, Small Group, Music & AVL Production.
- Ensure that kids experience a fun, attractive, and relational ministry environment where they are taught faithfully and known personally.
- Environments are attractive and welcoming to parents and kids.
- Recruit, Train, Schedule, and Pastor the Elementary Daymakers of Kids at 12Stone of the Lawrenceville Campus.
- All elementary environments are fully staffed with effective and engaging volunteers
- New volunteers must be identified, assimilated, and developed to allow for growth and expansion.
- Ensure volunteers experience a high level of care and community with other volunteers.
- Volunteers receive coaching and training that equips them to excel in their ministry role.
- Manages volunteer teams in Ministry Platform and Planning Center.
- Create layers of leadership within the Daymaker team.
- Carry culture and assist in leading the Sunday Kids environments.
- All materials are gathered, prepared and tested in advance of weekend services.
- Align with Campus Services around ministry, programming, safety standards, and supply purchasing.
- Take a key role in special events and milestones
- Kids Camp
- Foundations for Kids
- Kindergarten Kickoff
- 5th Grade Graduation
- Oversees KidServe
- Responsible for overseeing monthly meetings for kids involved in this ministry and Implementing given curriculum during this meeting
- Scheduling kids for Daymaker positions
- Checking in with their room leads to see how they are progressing in leadership and service
- Developing young Daymakers throughout the year to ensure they are pursuing Jesus and leading by example
- Communicating with parents so they are aware of kid’s curriculum and importance of the role their kids are in
- Participate in Lawrenceville Campus events, meetings, etc.
