Join a team that spends its days making kids laugh, move, and feel celebrated, through movement classes, gymnastics games, and birthday parties they've been looking forward to all week.

My Gym Newton is looking for someone who wants exactly that kind of day, one where the job is to bring the energy, run the room, and be the person kids talk about at dinner.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead high-energy movement and gymnastics classes for kids 6 weeks–10 years
• MC birthday parties and special events - genuinely the best part of the job
• Build real relationships with the families who show up week after week
• Keep the space clean, safe, and running smoothly
• Pitch in on tours, walk-ins, and front desk when needed

PAY & SCHEDULE

• 20-21/hour
• Part-time
• Friday mornings are part of the regular rotation for all coaches
• Afternoon availability is a big plus - more hours if you want them
• Now interviewing - start dates available this month

YOU MIGHT BE THE ONE IF YOU...

• Get energy FROM being around kids, not drained by it
• Can walk into a room of 4-year-olds and own it in five seconds flat
• Show up reliably, every shift, with the same good energy
• Come from dance, gymnastics, coaching, theater, or early childhood, or you're just naturally that person

No My Gym experience needed. We train you from day one, fully paid.
