PAY & SCHEDULE

• $20–$22/hr plus tips
• Full-time and part-time available
• Flexible scheduling so work doesn't take over your life
• Year-round, not seasonal
• Fridays are part of the regular rotation for all coaches
• Now interviewing - start dates available this month

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING

• Running high-energy fitness and movement classes for kids 6 weeks to 10 years old
• Leading gymnastics, games, music, and obstacle courses
• Supporting preschool prep skills - following directions, taking turns, building confidence in a group setting
• Running birthday parties and camps
• Getting to know the families
• Pitching in at the front desk when needed

• Preschool and childcare teachers, this role is a natural fit if you already know how to manage a room of little ones
• College students looking for flexible part-time hours
• Stay-at-home parents ready to get back into the workforce
• Likes being the center of attention (in a good way)
• Shows up on time, every time, with energy to match the room
• Can win over a nervous kid in under five minutes
• Likes working with a team, not around one

Experience in coaching, dance, gymnastics, theater, teaching, or childcare (especially preschool or early childhood settings) is a strong plus - but energy and reliability matter more than a resume line.
