Are you the person who gets a room full of 4-year-olds laughing and moving? Do you get energy FROM being around kids, not drained by it? This job was written for you.

We're hiring part-time coaches to lead classes, host birthday parties, and create genuinely great experiences for kids ages 6 weeks - 10 years.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead movement classes with obstacle courses, tumbling, games, and music
• Host birthday parties, from games to cake time to the big finish
• Help run camps and special events
• Get to know the families who come back every week and watch their kids grow

PAY & SCHEDULE

• 20–22/hr, plus tips from birthday parties
• 10–30 hrs/week. Pick up more when you want them, scale back when you need to.
• Year-round position, not seasonal
• Weekends are our busiest (and most fun) days, so every coach works at least one weekend shift
• Paid weekly team huddle on Fridays to plan, connect, and stay in sync with your crew
• Works well around college classes, school schedules, auditions, and other jobs

Great for college students, nannies, preschool and daycare staff, teachers, coaches, performers, actors, and anyone who thrives in a high-energy, people-focused environment. Experience in childcare, coaching, dance, gymnastics, theater, or sports is a plus but not required.
