About Us
"Lolicut" is a premium children's hair salon concept bringing a fun, stress-free haircut experience to kids aged 0–12. With a proven concept loved across China, we are now launching our Singapore flagship store. We specialize in haircuts, creative hair art, braiding, and styling for both boys and girls — in a playful, Instagram-worthy environment that parents and kids love.
The Role: Store General Manager / Children's Hair Stylist
📍 Location: Singapore (mall-based, location TBC)
💼 Employment Type: Full-time
💰 Salary: up to S$6,000/month, inclusive of bonuses, commensurate with experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including keeping track of store inventories
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the store
- Deliver high-quality haircuts and styling for children aged 0–12
- Perform creative services including braids, perms, ribbon styling and hair art etching
- Create a calm, fun and reassuring experience for young customers and their parents
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of hairdressing experience. Experience with children and store management is a strong plus
- Patient, gentle and great with kids
- Creative flair — especially for girls' braiding and boys' design cuts
- Good communication skills and a warm, friendly personality
- Able to work weekends and public holidays (off days on weekdays)
- Singaporeans, PRs and eligible LTVP+ holders welcome
