Kindergarten Head Teacher needed in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, China -- ASAP

Serve as the Kindergarten Head Teacher at an outstanding, modern, established International School in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, China.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall planning and management of foreign language teaching courses;

2. Responsible for teaching guidance, training, supervision, assessment and recruitment of foreign teachers, and guiding kindergarten teachers to create a warm, inviting kindergarten environment;

3. Maintain relations with parents and help the kindergarten continue with a good reputation;

4. Assist the Marketing Department in the design of enrollment activities, parent consultation and parent services, and promote the kindergarten education concept;

5. Build a team of foreign teachers, cooperate with the Teaching and Research Department to organize teacher training and teaching research activities regularly, and to organize teacher team building.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of management experience in the international kindergarten and teaching industry;

2. Master's degree or above, pre-school education or related major.
