Lookout Valley Elementary is a PreK-5 community school located in Chattanooga, TN . We are a small community school dedicated to the success of all students. Through family, educator, and community partnerships, we empower all children to be creative, productive, and courageous in a safe and caring environment. We strive to be a place where personal bests are celebrated and students are encouraged to be dreamers and risk takers. • Plan, deliver, and assess effective instruction aligned to Tennessee state standards
• Design engaging lessons with clear objectives and measurable outcomes
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
• Collaborate regularly with colleagues and support staff

• Experience in Title I or high-need school settings is a plus

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid Tennessee teaching license in Elementary Education (K-5) OR current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program

Compensation & Additional Info:

• Salary Scale based on education and experience – starting at $50,000.00
• Eligible positions may qualify for additional pay under the Differentiated Compensation Plan
