KinderKlub Assistant / 2026-2027 school year (part-time)

We are searching for a part-time KinderKlub Assistant for the Mt. Prospect Park District’s kindergarten enrichment program for Mount Prospect School District 57, for the 2026-2027 school year. Under the direction of the Early Childhood and Youth Manager, the part-time KinderKlub Assistant is responsible for supervising and implementing day-to-day activities for the KinderKlub participants.

The part-time KinderKlub Assistant can expect to work Monday through Friday, from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM, from mid-August through May (school year). Additional hours may be required for school days off, substituting, or summer hours. Staff meetings will begin mid-August. Work schedule may vary depending on the school calendar. The part-time KinderKlub Assistant must be at least 21 years old, hold and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.

The pay rate for the part-time Preschool Assistant Teacher is $16.00+/hour, depending on qualifications. Plus, Park District employees receive facility privileges.
