The Aircraft: King Air 200GT and Cessna T210, flown single-pilot under Part 91.
- Operate the King Air 200GT and Cessna T210 safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the FARs and company policy
- Oversee day-to-day flight department management: aircraft readiness, maintenance coordination, scheduling, and tracking
- Coordinate directly with company leadership on travel plans and scheduling
- Arrange ground transportation, fuel stops, and FBO/airport services for trips
- Monitor weather and operational conditions to support safe go/no-go decisions
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and routine checks; identify and flag mechanical issues
- Maintain strong relationships with maintenance facilities, FBOs, and regulatory contacts
- Handle regulatory compliance and general flight department administration
- FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine, Instrument rating, and high-altitude endorsement — ATP highly preferred
- Minimum hours: 3,000 TT · 1,500 Multi-Engine · 1,000 Turboprop · 250 in King Air 200s
- Proven single-pilot PIC experience in cross-country operations
- Complete knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation safety practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — able to manage documentation, maintenance coordination, and logistics
- Clear, professional communication with leadership and aviation service providers
