Summary
Assist chefs in a Japanese restaurant by prepping ingredients, assembling dishes, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
Kitchen Apprentice
Salary: $2500 - $3500
Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours: 11.30am - 9.30pm / 9am - 7pm
Working Location: Orchard / Raffles Place (TBC)
Job Scope:
- Manage Food Preparation and Production
- Maintain high quality standard of all food product and dishes
- Assist Senior Chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
- Monitor incoming tickets from the self-order kiosks and ensure dishes are accurately assembled for the self-serve pick-up counters.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the workspace.
