About the role

La Famiglia se Sienta a la Mesa, a leading group in Italian-Mediterranean dining with more than 90 establishments in Spain, is looking to reinforce its team at the Puerto Venecia shopping center restaurant with a Kitchen Assistant 30h. You will be part of a brand consolidated since the year 2000, recognized for its quality gastronomic proposal, careful ambiance, and an experience that combines Italian tradition and culinary innovation. The position is under an indefinite contract and in a face-to-face modality, offering the opportunity to grow within an organization in full national and international expansion.

• Support food preparation, carrying out ingredient preparation, mise en place, and following established recipes.
• Execute basic cooking and plate dishes according to the brand's quality and presentation standards.
• Keep the workstation clean and tidy, ensuring proper preservation and storage of food.
• Strictly comply with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP) in all tasks.
• Collaborate closely with cooks and supervisors, ensuring smooth coordination and adapting to the pace of service.

Requirements

• Valid work permit for Spain.
• Minimum experience of 10 months as a kitchen assistant or in similar roles.
• Availability to access the shopping center.
• Availability from Monday to Sunday with split shifts (2 consecutive days off are always granted).
• Ability to work under pressure and in high-demand environments.
• Training in cooking, food handling, or previous experience in the sector will be valued.
