Kitchen Assistant (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the chef by selecting and preparing the required ingredients.
• Assist with light cooking, including frying finger foods, preparing eggs, and other simple dishes.
• Support kitchen preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables, as well as preparing meat.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Ensure kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations are clean and properly maintained.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards throughout all kitchen operations.
