🍳 Kitchen Assistant | Bedok | S$1,800–S$2,300 | AWS

We are looking for Kitchen Assistants to support daily kitchen and food-production operations. The successful candidate will assist with ingredient preparation, food packing, cleaning and general kitchen duties.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wash, cut, portion and pack ingredients according to production requirements.
• Assist with daily kitchen and food-production operations.
• Prepare ingredients according to instructions and company standards.
• Wash utensils, trays and kitchen equipment.
• Clean and sanitise workstations, equipment and storage areas.
• Receive, store and replenish ingredients and kitchen supplies.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain kitchen hygiene standards.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Support the kitchen team during busy production periods.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties when assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Kitchen, central-kitchen or food-production experience is preferred.
• Able to perform hands-on kitchen and cleaning duties.
• Positive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Good hygiene and food-safety awareness.
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to perform the physical and hands-on duties of the position.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays and peak festive periods when required.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Monthly Salary Package: S$1,800–S$2,300
• Salary package includes 72 hours of monthly overtime
• AWS: One-month 13th-month payment
• Annual Leave: 7 days upon commencement, increasing by 1 day for each completed year of service
• Basic insurance and workplace injury coverage

WORKING HOURS

• 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
• 6-day work week
• Rest Day: Monday
