Kitchen Assistant 厨房助理 (CENTRAL/NORTH/EAST)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare ingredients as required
• Daily delivery stock taking
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work area and kitchen equipment i.e. kitchen floor/ chiller/ freezer
• Adhere to all SOPs for the preparation of food
• Clearing and cleaning of tables
• Ensure dining area is organized and ready for customers to dine in
• Any other duties assigned by superior

MAIN QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL AND ABILITY

• Basic kitchen experience
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Able to communicate in basic English
• Able to work during weekends and public holidays
