We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Sports Café Kitchen team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.
What you'll be doing

Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and work effectively as part of a team
Follow health, safety and food hygiene guidelines

Your working hours

Full-time contract, shifts fall between 8:00am and 10:00pm
You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
This role includes evenings and weekends
