Kitchen Assistant cum Cashier
Description
We’re hiring a Kitchen Assistant cum Cashier to serve customers at the counter, manage delivery orders and assist with simple food preparation.
Key responsibilities
Take customer orders, handle cash and electronic payments, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Receive and process GrabFood and foodpanda orders.
Prepare simple menu items such as fried eggs, moo ping and spring rolls.
Keep the counter and kitchen clean, assist with dishwashing where required, and support the team during busy periods.
Requirements
Able to take orders independently and handle payments accurately.
Comfortable with light deep-frying, cleaning and dishwashing in a fast-paced kitchen.
F&B, cashiering or kitchen experience is preferred.
Hold a valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification or be willing to obtain it before starting food-handling duties.
Work schedule and pay
5-day work week · SGD 2,500 per month
6-day work week · SGD 2,900 per month, with one weekly rest day
Rostered shifts may include weekends and public holidays. Listed pay excludes commissions and incentives.
