• Gross Salary: $2,200 – $2,600/month (inclusive of Night Shift Allowance up to $400/month)

⏰ Working Hours
• 44 hours per week
• Permanent Night Shift: 6:30pm – 3:30am
• Minimum 4 hours scheduled overtime per week
🍽️ Key Responsibilities
• Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, including preparing ingredients, marinating, and plating support.
• Support chefs during food preparation and service operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils.
• Wash kitchen equipment and utensils while ensuring food safety standards are met.
• Assist with inventory replenishment and stock organisation.
• Follow workplace safety, food hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
✅ Requirements
• Relevant kitchen or food preparation experience is an advantage, but training will be provided for suitable candidates.
• Able to work permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays based on the roster.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
