Kitchen Assistant

Job Description

• Maintain cleanliness of Food and Consumer Education rooms and preparation areas.
• Order food ingredients, teaching materials and cleaning supplies.
• Prepare materials for food practical and theory lessons.
• Assist teachers in supervising student safety and discipline.
• Check laboratory safety after each lesson.
• Maintain inventory records and check supplies and quipment.
• Report items requiring replacement.
• Support food-related school activities

Requirements

• Minimum primary school education.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in food preparation and hygiene.
• Able to speak, read and write English.
• Pleasant and mature disposition.
• Basic mathematical skills
