About the role
At Hotel Servigroup Romana we are looking for kitchen assistants, come and join our team.
What you'll do
Job objectives.
Provide assistance to the cook in the preparation and making of food.
Manage resources and work in a team.
Main Functions / Tasks.
Clean, peel, and cut food.
Help in the preparation of dishes.
Maintain order in the work area.
Management indicators.
Customer satisfaction with the buffet food.
Store food in the appropriate spaces.
Guarantee the hygiene of the dishes.
Ensure the company's quality standards.
What we're looking for
Desired experience: 1 year.

They are part of the hotel organizational chart reporting to their kitchen supervisor (cook, head chef and/or station chef).
