Kitchen Assistant

About the role

DITALY is a contemporary restaurant located in Campodón (Alcorcón) that specializes in authentic Italian wood-fired cuisine. Our gastronomic offering, centered on Neapolitan pizza and traditional dishes, is designed to provide memorable dining experiences for every guest. We are looking for a kitchen assistant to cover 30 hours per week, Monday through Sunday, with split shifts (always two consecutive days off). If you have a positive attitude, are passionate about cooking, and have advanced knowledge in the sector, we invite you to join our team and contribute to DITALY's success.
Prepare food following the restaurant's recipes and standards. Maintain order and hygiene in the work area, complying with food safety regulations. Assist with washing, cutting, restocking, and organizing ingredients. Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth and timely flow of dishes. Clean and sanitize surfaces, utensils, and equipment at the end of each shift.

Requirements

Cooking knowledge required; pizza-making experience is especially valued. Residency in Alcorcón, Móstoles, or Fuenlabrada. Spanish work permit. Availability Monday through Sunday with split shifts and two days off per week.
