Love fast-paced kitchens and bold flavours? Merhaba Amigo, a 100% halal Middle Eastern–Mexican kitchen in Woodlands, is hiring Kitchen Assistant.

What you'll do

• Prep fresh ingredients: cut, marinate and portion meats, vegetables, grains and sauces
• Assemble kebabs, burritos, sushi burritos and bowls to order for dine-in, delivery and catering
• Help on the grill and cook sides with the Outlet Chef
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and Halal-compliant
• Receive deliveries and help with stock counts

What we're looking for

• Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate, or willing to get one
• Available for rotating shifts including weekends and PH
• Fast, tidy and reliable team player
• Kitchen or QSR experience is a bonus
