What you'll do
Support in the preparation and mise en place of ingredients, preparation of traditional dishes, assistance to the cooks during service, maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area, guaranteeing the maximum quality in every dish that goes to the table.

Proven previous experience in similar positions (we especially value the management of high workloads).
