Kitchen Assistant

About the role

Do you have experience as a Kitchen Assistant? Do you have a driver's license and your own car? If so, this is your offer.

What you'll do

Support in the preliminary food preparation (mise en place): washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients.

Assistance to the cooks during the pass and service.

Maintenance of cleanliness, hygiene, and order in the work areas, cold rooms, and kitchen utensils.

Basic stock control and correct preservation and rotation of raw materials.

What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience as a kitchen assistant in restaurants or catering environments.

Language: Proficiency in Spanish (understood and spoken fluently).

Availability for immediate start.

Ability to work in a team, speed, and proactivity during peak service hours.

Driver's license and own car

What you'll get

Remuneration: €22,876 gross/year (according to the Hospitality Collective Agreement).

Hourly wage €12.83/gross

How you'll work

Working day: On shifts according to the operational roster.

Standard morning shift: From 08:30 to 16:55 h (7 h and 35 min of actual work).

Afternoon shift: From 13:25 to 22:00 h (to be performed with some frequency).
