🙋🏻‍♂️ We are looking to hire a Kitchen Assistant to work a 20h weekly schedule at our restaurant Sibuya Urban Sushi Bar. Does this position suit you? Here is more information:

What you'll do

✖️ In your day-to-day, you will be in charge of:

✅ Caring for the customer experience through the preparation of dishes following our standards.

✅ Providing support in kitchen tasks correctly: mise en place, production, preparation, and cleaning.

✅ Complying with quality, food safety, cleaning, and HACCP standards.

What we're looking for

📝 You will be the ideal profile if you have...

⏰ Full availability in split shifts (lunch and dinner) or for weekends and holidays.

💻 Previous experience performing food preparation, cleaning, and managing orders via screens.

🤘🏻 And above all: that you are passionate about growing, learning, and contributing in an environment pure rock and roll style

Nice to have

🍜 Desirable if you have experience in Asian cuisine and speed in cooking.

What you'll get

🎁 What do we offer?

💼 Permanent contract.

💰 Salary per collective agreement: 774.21 € gross per month + Monthly concepts generated (night hours, complementary hours)

🌴 Minimum 2 days off per week.

How you'll work

📅 Immediate start.

⏰ 20h per week on a split shift (lunch and dinner), with the possibility of working additional hours.
