📌 About the Role
We are looking to bring on board a Hotel Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Madrid. You will be part of the hotel's daily operations, providing breakfast service, events, and terrace dining for guests staying at the hotel. The service is divided into food replenishment, preparation, and cleaning.

This role will be key to ensuring that our quality and service standards continue to make a difference in our guests' experience. If you are a proactive person, customer-oriented, and motivated by challenges, we want to meet you.

What you'll do

📝 Main Responsibilities

• Help with the preparation of ingredients and dishes according to the instructions of the kitchen managers, ensuring their quality and presentation.

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of workstations.

• Collaborate on inventory management and receiving products.

• Follow recipes and procedures to ensure consistent quality.

• Assist during peak demand, ensuring delivery times are met.

• Keep the kitchen clean and sanitized at the end of the shift.

What we're looking for

🔑 Position Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the 4- or 5-star hotel sector in high-volume hotels.

• Knowledge of food handling and hygiene protocols (HACCP).

• Ability to work under pressure during intense shifts.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Good communication and collaboration with the kitchen team.

• Availability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in international hotel chains.

• English language.
