About the Role
Stellar International Company Limited is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation.
- Wash dishes and sanitize utensils and kitchen surfaces.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
- Receive, check, and organize food supplies.
- Monitor stock and expiration dates.
- Move ingredients to workstations and support the Head Chef.
Requirements
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
