Kitchen Assistant / Supervisor

We are looking for an effective team player with a passion in gelato making to fill the role of Kitchen Assistant or Supervisor for Gelato manufacturing.

Your roles &responsibilities include:
Assistant:

• Support the kitchen production of gelato and related products
• Ensure the consistent quality of food produced by the kitchen
• Monitor stocks for ingredients and manage inventory

Supervisor:

• Overseeing daily gelato production and staff operations
• Manage production planning, equipment maintenance and inventory movement
• Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with food safety standards
• Collaborated with management and other team members to improve and ensure efficient production processes to meet production targets
• Train and supervise production team members

Job Requirements:

• Assistant position: No experience necessary
• Supervisor position: 2 years’ experience in gelato making.
• Possess positive work attitude and a team player; able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Salary commensurate with experience.
