Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate kitchen assistant to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of both traditional and modern ramen preparation, including broth development, noodle cooking, and topping assembly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food orders accurately following company standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor and maintain sufficient supplies and organize the workstation for efficient food preparation
• Deliver all food orders promptly to meet service timelines
• Consistently maintain food quality by following preparation and presentation guidelines
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and work areas to comply with health and safety standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Food Safety & Hygiene certification

• Experience working in a fast-paced F&B environment
• Strong organizational skills to multitask effectively during busy periods
• Team-oriented and cooperative attitude to support smooth kitchen operations
