Kitchen Crew - FT/PT

Casual self-service concept serving up yakitori/skewer dons.

Working Hours & Info:

•⁠ ⁠Location: Near Kent Ridge MRT at NUS Campus
•⁠ Full time: ⁠6 Days / Week or 5 Days / Week
•⁠ Fixed PT: 4 / 5 Days / Week ⁠

(A) KITCHEN CREW

Responsibilities:

• ⁠Assist in food preparation & cooking tasks.

• Assist in monitoring and managing kitchen inventory, including restocking.

• Ensure the quality of food and adherence to SOPs.

• Work together to ensure smooth operations and timely food prep. Assist in cleaning duties.

• Comply with food safety & hygiene requirements.

• Work with kitchen to clean down equipment and station etc.

• Flexibility to handle various tasks & adapt to changing priorities in kitchen.

•⁠ ⁠Assist as assigned by the mgmt.
