Kitchen & Service Crew – Japanese Restaurant at Tanjong Pagar

Beginners are welcome! Training will be provided.

We are a Japanese restaurant in Tanjong Pagar and are currently expanding our team.

Our Restaurant Manager and Head Chef are already in place, and we are looking for reliable team members who can support our kitchen and service operations.

If you enjoy Japanese food, sushi, sashimi, grilling, or customer service, we would be happy to hear from you.

Full-Time Positions

1. Kitchen Crew

No F&B experience required

Suitable for beginners who are interested in learning Japanese cuisine.

Salary: S$2,000 – S$2,900/month

Training will be provided.

2. Supporting Chef / Kitchen Crew

Experience in Japanese kitchen, BBQ, sushi or sashimi is preferred.

You will work together with and support our existing Head Chef and kitchen team.

Salary: S$2,300 – S$3,500/month

3. Sushi Chef

Experience in sushi, sashimi, Japanese BBQ or Japanese kitchen operations is preferred.

Salary: S$2,700 – S$4,500/month

4. Service Crew & Kitchen Support

For candidates with F&B experience.

The role may include customer service, food serving, drinks, simple kitchen support and general restaurant operations.

Salary: S$2,600 – S$3,800/month

5. Service Crew & Kitchen Support – Entry Level

No F&B experience required

Suitable for candidates who are willing to learn both restaurant service and basic kitchen support.

Salary: S$2,400 – S$2,900/month

Training will be provided.

Senior Positions

We may also consider experienced candidates for senior positions depending on experience, leadership ability and suitability for our team.

Senior Chef / Leading Chef

Salary: S$3,500 – S$5,500/month
Sales / performance bonus may apply.

Senior Leading Chef / Senior Restaurant Manager

Salary: S$5,600 – S$8,200/month
Sales / performance bonus included depending on position and responsibilities.

Working Schedule

Different working packages are available depending on the position.

Package 1:
4 to 5.5 days per week

Package 2:
6 days per week
Approximately 54 working hours per week

Working schedule and salary package will depend on experience, ability and position.

Part-Time Positions

Hourly Rate: S$15 – S$20/hour

Hourly rate will depend on your experience, skills and ability to work in a Japanese restaurant.

Possible shifts include:

• 3:30pm – 10:45pm

• 5:00pm – 10:45pm

• 6:00pm – 11:00pm

• Other shifts may be discussed

Full-Day Working Hours

Approximately:

10:00am – 10:45pm / 11:00pm

Includes approximately 2.5–3 hours break between lunch and dinner service, depending on the schedule.
